You have several ordering and payment options: Online You can order all your products easily using our secure web site. First make your order, then follow the online instructions. When you have completed your order for the first time, you will be asked to complete a Member Application form. Once you have your username and password, you can log in to your personalised account area quickly and easily each time you visit the site. Delivery Once we have received your order, we will email you your invoice and expect delivery in 2-3 days and if it's a special delivery order, your goods will be delivered the following day. We use Royal Mail for delivery and their delivery rates apply. Returns Policy Any goods which you believe are defective must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase in its original card and packaging. (There is no need to telephone us) For Hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on any worn items. We do not send out replacements. We will hold a credit against your next order on receipt of your goods which we agree are defective through faulty workmanship. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
